HYDRANGEA + CROW

Finished?
I think.

Hydrangea Happiness

Reworked an older one, lifting some color from his body, adding a bit of orange into the rocks and stuff behind.

Watch Crow

Dear Rhonda - this is beautiful...love the dark background (I always struggle with my darks and you do them so beautifully). Love your crow too. They are such an intelligent bird. Hope you are having a delightful day. Thanks so much for stopping by to visit me. Hugs!

Finished, and finished well!

Debbie, thanks. Sometimes I change a background 2-3 times from what I started with. As long as I do it wet-in-wet, it works out.
Thanks, Deb. I know you like these and have printed out some more photos of them.
Thanks, Kathryn. Give Bruno a pat for me today :)

Both paintings are just gorgeous, Rhonda. You amaze me always with your constant seeking to learn and improve your art. To me, you are there!!

Both are beautiful. I like how you darkened the hydrangea background.

Thanks, Carol. I thought it did need a bit more depth there.
